Trekking in Nepal

Gerade recht zur Rucksackwanderung knallt mir bei der Ausfahrt aus Kathmandu ein Bus an die Seite. Ich komme nicht zu Fall, alle Ausrüstung ist unbeschädigt, ich schlage mir jedoch die Schulter an, was mich hoffentlich nicht beim Rucksacktragen behindern wird.

Trekking in Nepal

Just before the planned trekking tour, a bus hits me from the side, when leaving Kathmandu. I didn’t fall, bike and equipment are fine, but my shoulder hurts a bit. Hopefully it will be fine again before I start hiking with backpack.

Kathmandu/Nepal

Acht Tage verbringe ich in Kathmandu.
Ich denke, etwas Ruhe ist nicht verkehrt. In den letzten Tagen habe ich mich etwas geschleppt, wobei ich physisch soweit in Ordnung bin. Die Bereitschaft sich zu schinden, hat offenbar etwas nachgelassen.

Kathmandu/Nepal

I spend 8 days in Kathmandu.
I think some rest is not wrong. In recent days I have trudged a bit, but physically so far I am okay. The willingness to maltreat myself, obviously flagged a little.
